The Process
The Top Ten Method
Many RV sales professionals recommend that prospects develop a Top Ten list of their wants and needs for their RV. In the past, the only way a prospect could really make use of that Top Ten list was to hand it to a sales representative at a dealership.
A seasoned sales professional will love that list, as it helps to narrow down what type of floorplan the prospect is looking for. However, if the list is provided to a salesperson that is new to the dealership, then it may not have the desired results.
RV Dee’s RV4.US Top Ten search engine allows people searching for their dream RV to enter filter criteria. They then create a custom list of Top Ten wants and needs and see the results instantaneously. There is no guesswork involved, nor redirecting the prospect to models that won’t meet their needs.
Qualified* Leads in your region
When a prospect is viewing their search results, they have the option to click on the “Have a RV Expert
Contact Me” button and request a contact.
This is completely voluntary and in no way can happen unless the user takes action.
The information on this form, as well as all the search criteria used to achieve the results are documented on the prospect/lead sheet provided to you.
The Prospect Lead Sheet
The prospect lead sheet is in PDF format and is typically emailed to the approved email address provided by the dealership. All prospect lead sheets are processed in the early morning hours. RV4.US experience is that these entries typically come in very late at night.
Lead Info
The Lead Info section has all the data you need to contact the prospect. There is also the indicator whether they are okay with discussing pre-owned units as well.
Top Ten Names
Top Ten Names section will display the Top Ten items that the user has selected as part of their search. Keep in mind that they do not require ten items, they can have more or less than ten. Some items may not be familiar, however, you can see the definitions for these items on our Top Ten Listing (https://rv4.us/TopTen) page.
If the prospect selected the “Traditional Search” option, then this section will be a list of features and functional benefits that the RV Model must have in order to meet their needs.
RV Types Selected / Filters
The types of RV’s selected, along with any filter information added, such as the number of people the unit sleeps, maximum heights and length etc. are provided in this section. There is also an option if the propect is looking for a Toy Hauler.
RV Model Result
The RV Model for the particular search is shown at the botom of the sheet with the Manufacturer, Brand, Model Number and Year (for refernce only). Please note that if the prospect had multiple RV Model results, they can select to have an expert contact them about all the models in the search. If you receive multiple sheets with the same contact, that is considered one lead and is billed appropriately.
RV Dealer Leads Application
Dealerships are considered for prospect lead sheets based on the physical location and the brands that are stocked. RV Dee will research other dealers that we have in the region to insure that there are no conflicts, such as duplicate coverage in your area.
Typically, RV4.US will try to have one dealership/brand in a 100 mile radius. In areas where this is not feasible, i.e. the Midwest were RV dealerships may be hundreds of miles apart, discretion is applied.
When your dealership is approved, you will receive an email with a link to sign the month to month contract. This is solely to outline the service provided and can be terminated at any time by either side.
Current pricing for leads can be viewed on the application form page.
